In celebration of Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission 50th anniversary please join us for an open discussion on the current state of Immigration and how it impacts families and students in the Central Valley. We are thrilled to present an expert panel on the topic of immigration. Arturo Rodriquez President of the United Farm Workers is scheduled to be our Key Note speaker.

After a hugely successful Halloween Party with over 30 families - we are excited to announce our November event!
Kids Like Us will be meeting at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo to see the new African Adventure & the ever-popular Winged Wonders Bird Show!
Make plans now to bring the family out for an afternoon at the zoo! We'll meet Sunday, November 15 at 12:30pm (at the West side entrance to the zoo). We'll have lunch in the zoo and then, visit some of the popular exhibits while our kids play and parents visit.

COST: $6.50 for adults and $3.25 for kids
In December, we'll be walking Christmas Tree Lane together on Wednesday, December 9th

As a project of Community Link, Kids Like Us is Fresno's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender parenting group. We have planned bowling nights, zoo sleepovers, water park fun days, ice skating, holiday parties, etc. We have parents, Aunt & Uncles, Grandparents, etc, that bring kids from newborns to college aged youth to our events. We have over 90 families and we are always looking for event ideas.
