The Wizard of Oz

WHAT MOVIES DO YOU WATCH WHEN YOU’RE NESTING AT HOME?
Documentaries and ‘who-done its” are the typical go to.

WHAT FILM DO YOU MOST OFTEN RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS?
To Kill a Mockingbird starring Gregory Peck as Atticus Finch, a great film with a strong message.

WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO AT THIS YEAR’S REEL PRIDE FILM FESTIVAL?
At the beginning of 2015, the FRP Board of Directors were very clear in their vision to bring movies that represented all members of our LGBTQ+ community. Specifically we hoped to find films that brought insight and conversation around our transgender community. We were blessed to have found some great films to choose from. With recent events throughout our nation and in our local community, we felt something more should be done to help continue a conversation of understanding, which is why I am looking forward to our FREE COMMUNITY showing of ‘IN THE TURN’ on Sunday, September 20th at 1pm showing at The Voice Shop.
