Help Us Help Others...

Happy Holidays!

Gay Central Valley and the Fresno LGBT Community Center are combining forces with The North Tower Circle for our Christmas Donation Program.

We're collecting gift cards, cash donations and non perishable food items.

Our charity this year for gift cards and cash donations is ALL ABOUT CARE , a local HIV/AIDS Charity. We're seeking either gift cards or cash donations to assist families dealing with HIV/AIDS. Gift cards should be from places such as Walgreens, Target, and other places where families can access a wide variety of items, including pharmaceuticals.
All About Care provides practical, emotional, spiritual, and charitable support to people with terminal illness, especially those with HIV/AIDS. We provide information and referral for People with AIDS, their families, and caregiver.
All About Care offers client advocacy, referral for prescription drugs, and legal referrals, in addition to community outreach, education, and speakers. We are able to offer referral for short-term housing assistance and utility payments. Due to giving by friends of All About Care, we are able to offer food, nutritional support, and have established and sponsor support groups for:
  • Women with HIV/AIDS,
  • Children of parents with HIV/AIDS,
  • Mothers of sons or daughters lost to or living with HIV/AIDS
  • Spiritual support.
Additionally, All About Care offers individual counseling, bereavement counseling, phone support, and crisis counseling for women and children.
Food items will be donated to a local charity or food bank.

You can drop off your donations at the North Tower Circle at 2777 N Maroa Avenue, Fresno, CA 93704 anytime after 8PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays. Ask for James Hensley, club manager. 559-229-4188

Gifts can also be dropped off at the Community Center Wed-Sat from Noon-5PM. The LGBT Community Center is located at 1055 N Van Ness Avenue Suite A, Fresno, CA 93728 559-325-4429. We will also be accepting drop off donations during our Holiday Party at the Community Center on Saturday December 15th, starting at Noon.
